This proposal is written to give general information about our project that will be reanalyzed and redesigned. This project is Rawabi girl's school which is located in Rawabi city near Ramallah. It's one of the essential facilities there, because it provides important educational services for the students live there.

We’ve chosen this project for several reasons; it has different geometry from other traditional buildings, so it will create some design problems that we -as engineers- consider them as a challenge, also to get sufficient experience in designing the project for wind and earthquakes. Furthermore, the design of schools might be different from other ordinary buildings due to its importance.

The procedure that will be held to analyze and design the project will be based on using SAP2000 program and designing codes like UBC1997, and ACI 318M-14 , with some manual calculations and checks.

The output of the project will be structural report and drawings that will provide all the details regarding the structural elements, materials, and properties.
