Design of Asalaus Building

This project is residential building, which include parking below ground level, and chamber, and

residential apartment.

Asalaus building is located in Muta street in Nablus, near Al-RAWDA college, it consists of one basement floor, one ground floor, and 6 repeated  floors with an area 178m2 for every

apartment.

It should be noted that the structure is located on layer of rock with bearing capacity about 300 kN/m^2.

Another thing that supposed to be addresses: the structure should be design for dynamic

analysis (lateral seismic force), following the new requirement of design. 

This project will be completed following ACI 318-11, with the help of  SAP2000 program for 3D
