The project is structural analysis and design of new reinforced concrete warehouse building in Jenin city-Palestine.

This building is composed of 4 stories above the ground, each story is about 677 m2, and its height is 4m. The exterior walls of the building are stone masonry walls.

This building has been analyzed and designed using the primary principles of structural analysis by using one and three dimensional models using SAP2000 program.

In this project, the structure is designed using the following practice codes and specifications that control the design process and variables:

*ACI 318-08 : American Concrete Institute provisions for reinforced concrete structural design.

*UBC-97 : Uniform Building Code provisions for seismic load parameters’ determination.
