General Description:

Alyamoun town Located in the northern West Bank in Palestine, at a distance of 9 km west of Jenin, with about 20000 inhabitants. Its area is about 20400 donums, it rises about 160 m above sea level.

 It is supplied with water from Joint Services Council of the villages west of Jenin.

 

 

The aim of the project is to analyze Alyamoun's water supply network and modify or redesign the network to meet the requirements for the next 30 years. This will be done using the EPANET software. The final outcome of the project will be a full design of a water network that will meet the future requirements.

 

This project is according to the requirements of Civil Engineering Department at An-Najah National University as graduated project, deals with water supply system in the study area (Alyamoun region) in order to improve this system to a level accommodate the resident's needs, and reduce the loss to the minimum.
