This project aims to design Al-Tahreer building, an eight-story office building, on an area of 542.5m²  in Nablus city  with rebounds in all sides of 4m. The ground floor will contain garages.

To be as close as possible to reality, 3D static and dynamic models will be analyzed using computer software like SAP2000 and ETABS programs. Slabs, beams, columns and other elements of the building will be designed as reinforced concrete structural elements. Analysis and design will be done manually to verify computer output.

Comparison between the static and dynamic design will be highlighted.  Base stiffness will be studied to discuss its effects on the structure and any changes to be done if necessary.

We will design this building to sustain all loads (achieve strength) and deform within limits for construction use (achieve serviceability), and should be durable (achieve stability).

The structure will be evaluated using 3D, dynamic model performed using SAP2000.v.14.
