This is a graduation project that introduces analysis and design of reinforced concrete structure. This structure is the building for Birzait orthodox high school in Birzait city –Palestine. It was funded by European commission and managed by Ministry of Finance.
The building will be analysed and designed using the primary principles of structures by using one dimensional structural analysis and also using the most modern methods of analysis of structures which is the three dimensional structural analysis and design.
This project will give a summary of the design principles of the different structural elements in the structure, and finally it will introduce practical design drawings for implementation.
The building is divided into three parts which are separated by expansion joints.
Each part of the building is composed from four floorson an area of (1386 m2).
