Abstract
WDN: Water Distribution Network is considered as one of the most important components of the infrastructure in any Country.
Balaa’s WDN is an old one and has some problems, so we tried to maintain the following objectives like studying the current water supply network for Balaa and exploring defects in the network and trying to find the best design.
At first, we got some information about population and area from Balaa town municipality; we used the EPANET program to run hydro and water equally simulation, and to view the result in variety of format.
The current WDN has many problems such as, high velocity in pipes, and negative pressure in Nodes, which not satisfy the limitations.
We have suggested a new model for the WDN which satisfy the Limitation with a total Cost of 2,500,000 NIS ( the price is according to PWA)
