The Retail business in Palestine now faces tremendous challenges due to the fierce competition between the stores in the Palestinian market on the one side and the Israeli stores from the other side. Besides, retailing stores are increasingly concerned about how to keep the good and long term relationship with customers and also increase customer loyalty at stores. This research focuses on customer satisfaction and the main factors that have significant effect on purchasing decision and behavior of the consumer. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affect the customer behavior for buying from shopping center. Bravo shopping center has been selected as case study for this research. In order to study consumer behavior, Data were collected through questionnaires distributed in Bravo center in Nablus city. Then data were analyzed by statistical software (spss), here we interested to examine the impact of several factors on customer behavior such as (Demographics, competitive advantage factors, human factors, environmental factors, and advertising campaigns factors) with purchasing behavior of the consumer, which in turn, significantly influence customer loyalty towards the stores; 380 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to respondents. The results of this study indicate that all previous independent variables have a significant relationship with the dependent variable (purchasing behavior of the consumer). These relations were described in details in this research.
