Zamzam commercial center is a building located in Nablus-Rafedia, and its function is mainly includes offices, residential, and commercial purpose. Its composed of 11 stories; with an average surface area of the building is 591m2/floor. With 3 m height.

In this report we will outline the design phase of the building. In the conceptual design phase, we dimensioned the building using initial dimensions by strength and serviceability criteria suggested by the codes for static loads. The second phase is to conduct the 3-D modeling using SAP2000, and analysis to check and confirm the adequacy of the initial dimensions subjected to the static loads.

In the next phase we will include the effect of lateral loads represented by earthquake loads, and check again the adequacy of the structural dimensions, and initial design to resist the dynamic loads.
