Study of Slope Stability And Soil failure at Nablus Al-Bathan Road (Station 2+100)

This report discuss in detail the failure that occurred at a station of 2+100 in Nablus – AlBathan Road and review the carried out studies and investigations during last 3 years. 

Since the problem at the road is not solve to data, the project will try to give a practical solution of this geotechnical problem with close coordinates with public work department.

The first stage of the project included collecting the data from several sources such as Public Work Department, Construction Research Unit of An-Najah National University and Geotechnical and Material Testing Center. Also its include visiting the site, doing a background research about the slope stability problem worldwide and finally trying to find the engineering approaches towards an applicable and economical solution for these problems with the agree of supervisor.
