The population growth and urban sprawl causes the generation of huge amounts of solid waste worldwide. The collection of such solid waste is necessary in each city, town and village. Such activities that are done by municipalities should be performed in the most efficient and effective ways possible to reduce cost and increase level of performance. Collecting the solid waste across a city usually is performed using specialized trucks, and it has different cost factors, such as fuel, labor and maintenance. The main objective of the project is to find the best route of collecting the solid waste in Nablus municipality. So that, minimizing the total distance,  reducing costs and   time possible. The project starts by gathering information about collection trucks and dumpsters’ locations in the city, evaluating the current distance and then modeling the problem using integer programming to find the optimal routes for each truck. The tools used in this work are integer mathematical programming and software packages such as Minitab, Arc GIS, Java programming language.
