MECHANICAL SYSTEMS IN BUILDINGS Five star hotel in Nablus

The aim of this project is to design the Following Mechanical Systems to five star hotel in Nablus:

·        

 Heating Ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).

·        

Plumping system (Sanitary drainage system& potable water system).

·        

Fire Fighting system.

·        

Choosing elevators for the hotel.

 

 Description of the building:

The building of five stars hotel lies in Nablus city. The hotel consists of the following:

1- Under ground floor is for service consist of workers Cafeteria and food processing rooms , room services , and laundry  storage , monitoring Office , workshop , technical office ,laundry room as well as ten bathrooms and five elevators .

2- Ground floor consist of Visitors ' cafeteria and restaurant , reception room, a meeting room , a room for patients and stinging primary rolls and technical office and archive room and ticket sale room and reception hall as well as ten bathrooms and five elevators.

3- first floor consist of Salons , billiards room, games room , two shops , sell tickets room ,  five boutiques , Bank , restaurant , room safe as well as ten bathrooms and five elevators.

4- Identical floors: the hotel has 8 typical floors each one consists of 29 bedrooms for guests of the hotel, and each room has a bathroom. Therefore, there are 29 bathrooms for each identical floor.

  The number of lifts is 4. It is less than the previous floor because an elevator is used to transfer goods to previous floors.

 

5- Roof floor has been used for water chillers and main piping system (pumps, headers, boilers, chillers, etc…).
