A company branch building that consists of 5 stories in addition to a parking facility underground. There is also a storage building that is adjacent to the main building used for storing the company products. The area of the plan for one story of the main building is approximately 1741.2 m2 and the area of the attached building is approximately 960 m2. The system used in the structure is the traditional one that consists of frames.
To be as close as possible to reality, 3D static model analyzed by using computer software SAP2000. ACI code 2008 (the reference code) used in the project for designing concrete members, AISC 2005 is used in designing several steel structure components.
Structure elements: Slabs, beams, columns had been designed in graduation project 1. Other elements of the building designed as reinforced concrete members that will be discussed in this report. Analysis and design were done manually to verify computer results.
