The project is a residential building in Nablus with an area equal to 408.9 m2.  It consists of seven floors, the first one is used for parking with height of 4m, and the last one is roof storey, the remaining stories are 3.40m height.

Programs like SAP and ETABS will be used for the analysis and design purposes, utilizing ACI 2008-code (American Concrete Institute).  Manual 1D analysis and design will be done to verify 3D static and dynamic results.

The project will show the type of analysis that governs the design by comparing load combination of gravity loads to load combination of both gravity and earthquake loads.
