in this project we will try to reach the minimum requirements of transportation system, based on the different studies from all the world, these data were collected and summarized in literature review chapter, then we review all methodologies that be used in our project.

design of public transportation system depends on:

real data "time of vehicle arrival and departure for origin to the destination" collection in different days and seasons for long time, but the limitation of resources and ability in addition to the  limitation time frame for this project, the data that collected for a few days only.

1- schedule the vehicle trip between cities.

2- the best routes allocation, to ensure that the system is comprehensive,  we determine the best routes that can be used to connect all west bank cities depending on operation research "shortest path method"  and other considerations.

3- determine the place of bus stops inside cities and along routes between cities.

4- determine the fleet size for each route.

5- putting the best layout of the bus station.

7- use the international standards for vehicles that serve in transportation system.
