is Hewwara municipality building which is already constructed In Hewwara

town. This building contains two stories and external works, the total area is about 1000 m2.

Its small building …. But big research

Yes, if we look to the quantities and area of the building we can note that it is relatively small

….. But I chose a small building for reasons:

1- I want this graduation project has all the principles, tasks and elements related to the

construction management. So I focused on the Quality more than quantities.

2- In this project I implement new method or technic which is BIM (building information

modeling ) this method –I mean BIM- is new in construction management area so I

need the building to be something like sample (dx in math ) in which I can control

with any error or clash while implementing BIM .On the other hand , BIM contains

a lot of things that must be concerned about before it can be used such as :

- How this method will be implementing? And what is the workflow of BIM in

practice? (1100 pages have been read).

- What software’s that will be used?

(17 applications is used in this project)

- How these software’s are working? And how I can use them?

(1650 pages have been read & 27 video hours have been watched)

- Are there any available resources or references (local or global) that I can use?

(Local: NO …………. global: not that rich)

Then and only then we can implement the BIM which is not an easy task. - Of course

because it is the first time. (380 working hour)

…….. But it is worth
