1.3 Objectives

Water in the Wadi is considered polluted due to direct wastewater discharges (domestic and industrial) and storms runoff.

This project is divided into two part: the first section examine the current situation of Wadi Al-Zeimar, and the second section is a prediction of the water quality situation in the wadi after considering several scenarios.

 

 

This project aims to

1-      Make preliminary study of the current situation in Wadi Al-Zeimar

2-      To study the pollution in the Wadi.

3-      To assess the self remediation capacity of the Wadi based on one parameter; dissolved oxygen.

4-      To introduce possible wastewater treatment solutions for reuse.
