Project Objectives
     TSM generally aims to improve the level of service of the network system. This requires studying the existing conditions, collecting and analyzing data, getting results, and implementing for the traffic system improvements. This project for TSM in the CBD area of the city of Nablus has the following objectives:
   Indentifying traffic problems in the CBD area

  •    Studying traffic circulation
  •     Study the effect of the new garage and tunnel on traffic in the CBD area
  •     Explore options for improvement of identified problems
  •     Provide the Municipality of Nablus with a database and a simulation of the    CBD network with its most updated conditions.

     The TSM process in Palestine involves a wide range of improvement strategies using both demand management and supply optimization using existing systems to achieve desired goals.
