Abstract:
Our Project (Awesome Scanner) is an application in iOS technology , the main goal is to have the user scan all the receipts, the application will use image processing techniques to extract the total value of the receipt and generate Excel sheet can be submitted to the company for reimbursement.
Not only receipts users can scan, he can scan documents and apply many features, for example , user can convert the image to PDF, and merge many images to one PDF , Sent it via email after signing using user's email. Search, delete, print, and lock documents. Apply many filters to image and save it to gallery, also add notes to documents. user can invite his friends to use this application using email , SMS or facebook.
Sure , there are some application in mobile that do some of these features , but these application doesn't support all of these features especially image processing and extract the total from receipt . Our application will contain all of these features together.
