With the increasing dominance of technology medias and it’s applications around us. And the availability of Internet all over the world .The trend of converting written, paper records translations into computerized applications has been increased so this was the basic reason behind choosing our project idea. So we give the priority to build a valuable service application which serve the medical sector and the ordinary people especially mothers.

Our project is basically based on two sides the mobile application and the website with a centralized server. The mobile application mainly focuses on the mother side so it gives her the ability to add her newly child in the suitable health care center. Beside, she can know his/her child’s vaccines dates and status for each vaccine with the help of charts so that she can keep tracking of her child’s progress through his/her childhood and she can get a notifications for vaccine appointments . and from the application itself she can send comments and complains about the registered clinic ,be aware for each vaccine information and when and for what it is given.

The website is directly implemented for the health care centers to do the managements process for vaccines and their dates for all registered children, send notification, upload child’s examinations,  update child’s record for each visit to the clinic, with a centralized admin for all clinics.
