This research deals with the establishment of the project on the territory of the city of Tulkarem, which has suffered from Israeli domination and exercised the right of young people the same practices that were practiced in other cities, which made it lacks the presence of such centers, so it is necessary to work on creating youth centers in cities, villages and camps that are interested multiple activities, so that these centers be an outlet and a refuge for each young man
Tulkarm Youth Center, is a member of the Tulkarm youth Establishment, Set in the tranquil ambience of the city, The Dubai Ladies Club is a multipurpose platform for youth to achieve personal balance and growth, while enjoying the pampering they deserve.
