Tulkarem Cultural Center

There is a gap between people and culture ,becuase the lack of awareness among the people about cultural center`s functions and its importance ,and another reason is cultural invasion So I aim in my project (in Tulkarm to support the relationship between people and cultural centers . Through extruding the building from nature of the site as a public park which attracts people who suffer from lack of public spaces escaping from their apartments
