According to incredible problems of cars Showroom, This project will discuss these problems and find integrated building which contains cars exhibition, maintenance department, management department, cars storage.

Also, this idea will consider the environmental, architectural, and structural issues for this facility In order to achieve the market needs and attract the customers.

There are some important requirements that should be studied to build like facility. These requirements are:

1-         The suitable location and area.

2-        Architectural design.

3-        Structural design.

4-        Lighting design.

5-        Mechanical and HVAC system design.

6-        Environmental aspects.

7-        Quantity surveying.

 

The main objectives of this study are:

1-      To design an integrated buildings according to global standards.

2-      To study the relationship between the buildings and the environments around them.

    • During the first semester architectural specifications that must be available in car showrooms was studied, as well as the appropriate location for project was selected and analyzed in terms of environmental to choose the most appropriate environmental systems which worked out in this project .

    • During the second semester architectural plan was set using AutoCAD& Revit programs, the structural elements was designed using SAP200 and Etabs programs ,the solar system was designed using Ecotect  program, the lighting system was designed using Deluxe program. Furthermore, Mechanical, electrical aspects was designed.

 

The exhibition was designed according to appropriate specifications to avoid all the problems and achieving the desired results.
