The project aim to strengthen the Arabic culture –for all ages specially the youth because they are the less connected to their culture.

The project consist of: theatre with nearly 600 seats, exhibition, multipurpose room, library,courtyard,learning  and fun department, cafeteria, restaurant .

The project is located in the west of Nablus near the new campus of al-najah university and the new campus of al-quds open university.
