Definition: A cultural center is a cultural public building in which people can interact for entertainment and learning in a specially designed encouraging environment.

Location: The suggested site is located in the western part of the city close to Al Najah University, in a quiet environment that encourages the function requirements , also the area doesn’t have any related project.

Concept: Designing a building that encourage human interaction and discussion by creating a facility that is welcoming and truly public, the shape was derived from 2 axis representing visitors flow into the center from the surrounding streets, which created 4  main structures. And covering the main plaza by a canopy that create shade and shadow that enhances the human experience.
