Location:

The project's land is located in the Northern West Bank south of the City of Jenin. it is about 13 kilometers away from Nablus city center. The land is within Burqa's west borders and it is about two kilometers away from its center. The land is famous for its beautiful nature and pleasant weather which makes it ideal for such a project. 

Project's Components:

The project consists of three main sections. First, the cultural section which contains an exhibition and a three-dimension movie theatre. Second, the social section which contains several restaurants, cafes, and an arcade lounge. Also, the social section includes an uncovered area equipped with grills, playgrounds, and a flowers park. Third, the sports section which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, and a sauna and spa area.   

Other facilities include a clinic, worship spaces, kiosks, and restrooms. 

Project's Idea:

Since the project's location is distinguished for its attractive nature,  the idea was to create buildings and facilities suitable for this nature without changing it. The buildings were integrated with the land in a way that makes them part of it.
