The Site is located in Salfit and in particular in the northern region and near the north entrance, the land of the project is a plateau overlooking one of the main valleys in the city.
 The project is a military college adopts the Islamic military doctrine as a basis to produce the future generation of the” Holy Quran “that is able to raise the Brigade and directing the gun.
 The project consists of many facilities and services which has been divided into four main areas depending on the function of which is as follows:
1. Visitor’s area: It comprises the administration building as well as conference Hall which is close to the main entrance.
2. Academic area: It’s the main axis of the project, which ends the majestic minaret .in addition to the classroom building and technical laboratories building and other services.
3. Services area: includes barracks building and the cafeteria building in addition to the medical clinic.
4. Sports Zone: The biggest part of the project include training of open spaces and open stadiums, playgrounds and closed halls to internal shooting hall.

The project consists of two axis, one goes with the four basic directions and the direction of the other axis goes with al-Qeblah’s direction, Divided the original axis into two parts.
The minaret represents the ultimate honor expression of the project.
 Rebitation & order
The basic principle in Islamic geometric compositions is the large number of repetitive units gives the full shape.
