·          the project consists of two main parts :

·          the platform : which contains the communal public functions between three courthouses

the courthouse mass which stemming from the platform

·         the platform mass contains the following functions :

·         the notary , the execution department , the cafeteria , the archive and the judges’ offices

·         the courthouse mass contains the three judicial layers courthouses

·         the existence of main axis through the project which leads the users toward the building easily

·         the existence of green areas to reduce the fear that the users feel when entering the project
