PROJECT INTRODUCTION:
My project is a Shopping Center Located at Quseen road junction (Bait-Wazan/Nablus City), it considered as a future perspective for the city as it’s located on the Academic street, which ensures the continuation of traffic in this region.
The site area is about 18,000 m2, with a 15m slop, and it located at two main streets.
This project is made of 2 different parts, the shopping part which includes (all different kinds of shops) and the entertainment part which includes (cinema, gym, net cafe’, kids zoon, restaurants, etc), in 3 stories which has a total area of 25,000m2, in addition to green areas, parking and stores.
PROJECT AIM:
To bring life to this region and improve it, and also providing people needs in that area.
CONCEPT:
The project took a linear shape lines to provide the greatest showing view, and all shops gathered along these lines. Starting with smooth simple lines to provide the greatest showing view from outside and the inside, and then giving these lines an angle to avoid boredom, and make the project as a land mark by using modern design.
