The project is a Tulkarem municipality building ,the project site was chosen in Tulkarem in Shweika region and the advantage of this location are: easy to access and proximity to the city center as well as the availability of government buildings next to it, such as Courts Complex and the Ministry of Education.
The project consists of seven floors ,the ground floor consists of a public service center and multi-purpose hall and a private
room for  interviews with the public. The first floor contains the mayo wing and the Department of Public Relations ,The other floors  contain  the other municipal departments such like : Water department and the electricity  department also Movement department and the Organization Department moreover the Department of Engineering and Projects also Urban Planning Department as well as the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs Department.
Moving to the project concept which  based on the relationship between the public and the town hall like : transparency which shows through the use of glass fronts, in addition to the moderation and integrity that appear  through the use of straight and perpendicular lines were all the project lines are straight as well as control and censorship which  shown through overlooking between department that provided by  Central vacuum so  you can see what is happening in the sections, do not forget the interior glass facades that provide us the censorship.
Also  some mechanical technologies was taking into account to provide energy to the building and reduce the gained heat through the use of s vertical sun and horizontal shading that has been resolved in the project facades , as was the use of solar cells to provide electrical energy to cover the electricity that used for cooling and air conditioning.
It shows to us that the building opposite with the surrounding environment, following the modern style of  architecture to push the city  to  a new direction of Architecture and aspiration for the future in order to build a modern and sophisticated city.
