Location:
Site located at Bait-Wazan, northwest of Nablus city away from its center of nearly 4km, and away from the north of the new campus of An-Najah National University at a range of 1.5 km.
Main Functions:
The project starts with a main double-volume hall, which contains areas for galleries. The ground floor contains also 5 lecture rooms, a theatre, workshops, cafeteria and finally an outside main theatre. The first floor contains both academic and administrative offices, seminar room and a couple of conference rooms. The second floor consists of library, computer labs, and studios for graduated students with workshops for them. The last two floors have the main function of the project which is the studios.
Concept:
The main concept based on having a linear straight rectangular form, and a number of random straight lines which represent the architectural trends, intersect with each other within the main form, creating an interact open spaces.
