Equestrain City

The project site:

A summary of the components of the project:

            The project "Equestrian City" includes  many of functions used by several types of people:

The first component (school): For students of materials theory Medicine for horses , includes teaching classes and laboratories, library services and facilities, fitness center and a cafeteria.

The second component (stables) :for approximately 60 rooms for horses "single room, and rooms for female horse and their ponies, rooms isolated healthy, private rooms" ,swimming pool and rotary to treat cramps and strengthen and an operations room and stores feed.

It was taking into account the correct guidance of the building, including the movement of wind and sun energy saving in line.

The third component (hotel) :for staff and administrators and students during the camps and intense workouts coming from outside of Palestine from single rooms, double rooms and team rooms and special services .like restaurant.

The fourth component (administration). 

Fith component (Closed Arena): training during the winter and revive Jumping Championships and Darsag and can accommodate 1,500 viewers

Sixth component (Outer Runway), which overlooks the race track outside and can accommodate about 2,000 spectators.

Seventh component (yards external training): 4 yards train equipped according to international standards.

Project Idea:

              The idea of ​​the project to create comfortable spaces for humans and in harmony with nature

        So that we are living in cities is a forest of cement, I wanted through the draft get people out of the atmosphere of the cities and live in the atmosphere of picturesque nature, taking advantage of the terrain, water, rocks and trees Nature are available in many of the region.

And out of the usual pattern for the construction of stables and riding clubs Palestinian lacking to accommodate and receive global international figures also it lacks the presence of large arenas and training centers having physiotherapy for horses and horsemen and the theory of school and the whole group in one area.

 I chose the architect Zaha Hadid for her great interest in prensenting the movement, smooth and curviness, which suit the spirit of the project.
