  The project is located on Gaza beach. The project is characterized by his closeness to many entertainment services, learning places, Hotels and tourism.
The project is located in a crowded area, from the northeast it's bounded by Gaza port for fishermen. From south-east it's bounded by chalets public tourism.      

      From north-west the project corresponds to Mediterranean, where as  From the south side exists hotels, tourism and residential building .

The idea of this project comes from the sight being at the beach , so we are pulling out the building from the sea , loaded with all the marine creatures .

This building is simulating the sea in many aspects :
1- Mystery: by using the nested circles.

2-Depth: using ramps for circulation from top floor to basement.
3-excitement and surprising: the difference in broad and narrow spaces.
4-smothness: by using ramps and curved lines.
5-construction: using circles (bubbles), and darkness inside, and waves outside.
