According to the increasing of population in Palestine and the multiple requirements for the individual parts of the community, it's becoming hard for the population to transfer from one place to another to provide the different needs for any family. Otherwise, it seems very important for all regions in Palestinian cities having the requirements for people in an equivalent way.

 

The aim of the project is to offer an integrated redesign for a multiple purpose building. The integrated design involves environmental, architectural, structural, mechanical and HVAC system design issues to achieve the objectives of the project. The design was done depending on the highest quality related specifications and standard obtained during the first report. The report will include. Many design programs will be used in the design phase Revit for architectural design .Etabs, Safe and Sap2000 for structural, Ecotect for thermal and natural lighting design and Dialux for lighting design.

The project will deliver high quality integrated design for multiple purpose building according to standards and the report contains the project design tables figures and sample calculation, comprehensive drawings in all specialties for the project will be attached to the report
