The project aim to manufacture a Manual Compacting Unit that has less price and more safety than the unit which bought from outside of the country.
The company ‘Arab Eastern for Diapers Manufacturing’ needs the machine to multiplication the amount of products and rapid the operation speed.
The production line of the factory operates to manufacture the children diapers, and then compressed it to be packaged with plastic bags.
The machine that will be manufactured contains two presses that moving horizontally and vertically, works on air pressure, covered by a box of glass for protection and end by a plastic bag for packaging.
The working principle of the machine is that the first press moves horizontally to compress the diapers by a certain amount, then the other press moving vertically to put the diapers inside the plastic bag.
The project will be fund by the factory and it will give us all the parts and equipments that we need to complete the unit.
