Pickle olive filling machine is a production line for an oil factory . the prime function of choosing this machine due to it is not available in west bank , but there is similar and more complicated applications available with large scales in some specialized filling and canning factories outside Palestine .

The machine aims to replace the manual method of filling pickled olive with an automatic one using plc control system , the factory used to have the pickled olive in a huge containers ,transported to another tank of capacity 750kg, two workers prepare specified amount ,weighed and add solution (lemon, water, salt)and finally packed in canes . these operations replaced by automatic machine with dimensions of 2.8 meters high and 3meters width and   designed to filldifferent weights (0.75 , 2 , 3 , 7 and 10kilo grams ) with amount of solution (1.2, 1.4, 1.8, 3.5 and 6 Liters) respectively, to be specified by the worker on plc control panel , from this point production line starts to reach filling olive and solution operations.

As a result, the main aims of the project are accomplished such as the total time spent in manual method minimized from 4minuts to 54seconds to fill one cane , effort and money saved by minimizing number of workers from 2 to 1 worker and production will be increased according to demand.
