The goal of the project is to control the home devices using twitter or Facebook (social web sites). Also it can be as fire and stolen alarm system. We using the arduino microcontroller which contains GPRS/GSM Shield to receive the messages from Twitter or Facebook applications and depending on this messages it control many devices at home or may be send the messages to your phone in some critical cases such as stolen or fire accidents.
Our project has many benefits for all people:
First, it provide an easily and comfortable way to control their home devices from any place they want, it just require from you to write a simple comment on a Facebook or twitter to control something on your home, the messages arrive via the communication to arduino microcontroller which control many devices at home such as light, dynamo and others.
Second, it contains an alarm system for some accidents such as stolen and fire accidents.
Third, it's not expensive and the cost required is low, also it's simple and any person can use it from his account on a web.
