The fight of the Palestinian people affect clearly in move forward the steps achieving the Palestinian dream of building an independent state by the

Presence of the features of this state represented in the Palestinian National Authority, which is trying hard to reduce all expressions into the application. This can be obtained by making city of Ramallah include most ministries and administrative institutions as well as trade union. On this basis, Ramallah is witnessing movement in construction and physical development through directing most of society institutions to establish infrastructure in it. From here, it was the beginning of starting to build complex ministries, which will explain profiles of a Palestinian state later.

The main features of a Ministry Complex are that it is close to the city center and has qualified network of roads leading to it. The project includes 8 parts, namely; the Prime Ministry, the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, the Ministry of Interior and National Economy, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Justice the Authority of Land. The ministries were distributed to the buildings within the functional framework that combines related buildings together.

The elements of the project were identified for each ministry separately but each consisting of 6 floors which are divided as follows:

Ø The sixth floor: represents the office of the Minister

Ø Fifth Floor: contains the prosecutor's office

Ø Fourth floor: contains directorates distant relationship with the public

Ø Third floor: contains directorates distant relationship with the public

Ø Second floor: directorates nearby relationship with the public

Ø First floor: contains directorates close relationship with the public

Ø Ground Floor: contains directorates direct relationship with the public

 

Ø Floor Settlement: contains the central archive, central repository, depot daily service, and a central hall meeting.
