In today’s competitive world, companies do not compete on price or delivery alone. Introduction of new products or new product features has become a main source of competitive advantage and is a surest way to retain & gain market share.

 

 In this project which is soap product development for Al-Rajeh Company, we aim to Make and offer local customers with hand soap that combine good quality to good price, which would improve the company economic and competitive status through remain fresh & current in the market place.

 

We will proceed of development process from identifying factors which local consumers take into consideration while choosing a bar soap to marketing the product .

 

 After identifying customer needs, we conclude that there are many factors or needs affect the buying decision of customer such that: effectiveness or performance, aroma, suiting skin, appearance, shape and packaging ……etc.

 

Each customer need have a relation with some predetermined technical requirements and action that should be implemented to satisfy these needs . And this puts the spot light on the product development team in defining the new product: specifications, features, performance, pricing etc .., to meet the predetermined customers' needs and to identify the needed processes parts and actions.

 

 We also develop marketing plan to help the company in introducing the product to the market in effective way.

The  marketing plan forms the basis for the introduction of an innovative new product by al-Rajeh company. The analysis allow us to outline the best strategies to follow for the achievement of the company strategic goals.

 

The developed nabulsi soap will be marketed as a unique superior soap while striving to reinforce the company's status as the leader in providing good quality and appropriate price products.
