The main objectives of our project are summarized as follow:
1- Introducing the term "cost reduction" and define it in detail.
2- Showing the advantages of applying cost reduction program.
3- Producing the different methodologies used in cost reduction program.
4- Apply a suitable cost reduction program to a service field, in our project we choose a hospital.
5- Comparing the results of the implementation for cost reduction with the previous case of costs
