Almond tree is one of the trees which Palestinian farmers are interest in. it gives the fruit in form of a small almond kernels which are distributed over the branches of this tree. Each year in the second half of February, the farmers can picked up the green beans almonds that have attractive color, good taste and shape of the cone until the month of May of the year. It can then be ready to use in various ways and areas.

Farmers harvest the fruits of almonds to get benefit from it and sell it, but there is a problem facing farmers, which is remove the peel almonds, it used to be removed manually and this is a difficult procedure and waste of time,
Therefore, farmers are forced to sell their product with low and cheap prices to traders who export almond to Israel and other countries in order to remove the crust then sold at high prices.

This project explain the steps of design and manufacturing for almond cracking machine integrated with separator, the cracker machine consist of  basically two conical bodies that between them the almond nuts get cracked. And the separator that consist of (4) rollers, and these rollers have two of them a rotation in aclockwise direction and the second of them in the opposite direction.

The basic parameter to be tested for the cracker machine is the percentage of cracked nuts; this can be done through number of nuts that put in the machine and number of cracked nuts that exit without being scratched.
