Motorola, Arizona, 1980s, Bill Smith a reliability engineer recognized a statistical correlation between product complexity, process capability and system failure.

This correlation which makes the industry what it is today is six sigma. So, many questions arise, what is this thing called six sigma and how it works? Could it really save so much money? Is there something useful in it?  What is the impact of six sigma on: employees, customers, operations?

The answer was a lot of money, a lot of new customers, best way of thinking and managing processes and people. Six Sigma empowers and enables you to affect remarkable change, no matter your position in your organization.

So, six sigma becomes away for everyone wishing to advance or contribute.
