Abstract:
As a result of the widespread of the industrial facilities of different types and innovative methods international market specially with the spread of manufacturing companies , the competition becomes the driving issue that push toward improvement .
This case study was done for the Palestinian firms to find the relationship between maintenance from one hand, and quality and productivity from other hand , and correlation between them , it was done to change view of the top management about maintenance , and give them practical study that helps them in improving their companies.
