The objective of project is to designing   tool measured and evaluating the performance of service companies. Project discuses how to found certified reference for evaluates performance of service companies.

To achieve the objective of this project, information from different departments in Service Company is collected and designed in group of questionnaires that form as measurement tools.

In order applying and check the designed tool for measuring and evaluating service company two companies are taken as a case study and they are Wataniya Mobile Company, PSE Company.

Applying questionnaires in the previous companies lead to determine the following element in each company.

  1. Weakness point.
  2. Strength point.
  3. Recommendations.
