Electricity is one of the important needs in our modern world , and to supply a specificregion by electricity it is important to have an electric system for that region.

Any electrical system consists of  a power plant to generate the electrical energy , transmission network to transport the electrical energy from the plant to the substations, and a distribution network to distribute this  energy to the loads or consumers .

It is important for a state like Palestine to own its individual  power system , but as a result of Israeli occupation there  is no individual  Palestinian electric power system , we have in the west bank of Palestine distribution networks but we do not have a power plant or Transmission network.

In the West Bank of Palestine we depend on the Israeli Electric company IEC for electrical energy, which  is an aspect  of occupation  and the energy supplied by this company has high prices and poor quality.

So , we must construct our individual power system in the west bank of Palestine , and this is what we will consider in this project.
