This Course aims at introducing students to the historical development of the financial management role in projects, the functions of the Financial Department, profitability, planning, financial planning, financial forecasts and analysis, the employment of financial percentages, the management of working capital and exchanged assets. The Course covers the management of short-term financial sources, financial exchange markets and long-term financial sources (stocks and bonds).
