This project is a 3D structural analysis and design of a stadium located in Asera Al-Shamaliya village, upon the request of Asera Al-Shamaliya municipality. The structure consists of two parts which are concrete and steel structures.
The final analysis and design is done using three dimensional (3D) models by using SAP2000. moreover , hand calculation will be used to check SAP results.
The preliminary dimensions of structural elements are determined using one and three dimensional analysis of the structural members due to gravity and wind loads.
For steel structure, the needed members were determined by SAP2000.
For concrete, the required thicknesses for the structural members which include: slabs and beams were calculated. Reinforcement calculations will be carried out later.
The structural model results are verified by hand calculations and are compared with SAP2000 results.
