The main objectives of this project are to perform market technical and economic study which can assist on evaluating the feasible of producing specialized olive oil, to produce recipe formulation of specialized liquid soap and to produce olive oil soap in accordance with international standards.
We achieved the market needs to this project through making questioner which was directed to the consumers and pharmaceuticals.
In order to achieved the second objective six experiments (first semester ) were done formed of two process cold and hot. Main constituents of all experiments are water, Potash and olive oil with different Percentage, Some experiments include satiric acid , glycerin and soaked9saliva and parsley) were used with specified amounts and obtain different results are satisfied and other are rejected but sample in which soaked saliva was used noticed to be the best.
It was taken in consideration that these Products have special Properties as good quantity as Foaming, expectable Price, good smell, comfortable color, smoothness on skin and not viscous very much.
In second semester eight samples of pure olive oil in addition to other oils such as9 sin oil, avocadro oil, rose oil and lemon oil) were prepared. Cost was estimated for pure liquid olive oil (300 ml) and found to be 8NIS Viscous and ph of all samples were measured.
