This graduation project contain two part, first part about the general project management and contain nine topic, scope, time, risk, quality, human, communication and procurement.
Part two about "Tubas Governmental Hospital" in tubas city. The building consist four stories, basement floor, ground floor, first floor and second floor. The ground floor and the first floor are the same.
The object for part two in the graduation project is the logic of project management and quantity Survey of the project, Know how to use management to reach the most economy, safety, minimum duration and good quality of the project.
