Abstract:
Green School is the school, which include both theoretical learning, and the wise use of the resources that available in the surrounding environment, In order to reduce the factors that affect human health in terms of environmental pollution caused by the use of other systems ) heating and air conditioning, lighting....etc) and contaminated materials resulting from them. Also it works to reduce expenses that consumed on these systems by using natural resources that already available and
This project is adopted for two schools with different layouts in Jericho, It aims to make an environmental assessment process to the reality of educational buildings in the city of Jericho and the impact of these characteristics on the students achievements, in order to provide a suitable climatic environment for them and their teachers by implementing the concept of green schools.
Literature review, in situ measurements and the analysis and design programs have been used to develop ideas and recommendations that help designers to build green schools in Jericho_ Palestine.
Donor countries are encouraged to build green schools that ensure safe and health environment for users and comfortable indoor environment (lighting, thermal, acoustics …etc) .As a result attention has been directed to the adoption of the new idea for the design of green schools in Palestine.

There are un limited types of schools educational which divided to private and governmental, military , technical , religious , ….. etc , Whatever the type of school we joined , there are common components of these schools must be exists.
